Q: What's the delivery timetable for single orders?
A: Right after, officially placing your order, our system will conduct a confirmation process. It takes about just a few minutes. Autosupply.ph will inform you about the order you placed through your email or your mobile number. The items will come right at your doorstep the next working day (the soonest) and on the 3rd working day (the latest)

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Shipping Fee is FREE within Metro Manila. However, the shipping fee for orders going outside the metro will depend on the third party couriers specially in rural areas. We had a previous order from Cagayan De Oro (CDO) and it only took four days. Not really that long.

Q: Can I make some prearrangements on the date of my delivery?
A: Yes, it’s possible, but please be advised that we cannot guarantee the delivery of the item on the exact date as you prefer. We can only move the date and time frame of the delivery in line with the date you wish to prearrange. Then again no guarantee... We're never late on our deliveries. We always get recommendations for fast delivery.
